Returns & Exchange

The Coastal Bum Online Exchange Policy

We want you to love our The Coastal Bum brand! Since our products are intimate in nature, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for a different size under the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with the original hygienic liner and tags fully intact.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We do not accept exchanges for skincare products or any other items—all sales are final on these products.

• If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.

To request an exchange, email us at thecoastalbum@gmail.com with your order number and the new size you need. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
